2016-17 Summer Opportunities Guide Released!

Hello Preclerks!

The updated SAC Summer Opportunities guide has now been posted. This guide contains information on all major summer research and clinical opportunities associated with Schulich.

Unfortunately we have not been able to include any information on what was previously known as Global Health electives (the Office of Global Health no longer exists and we are unsure of the status of programs previously run out of this office). As well, MedLINCS has not been included in this edition of the guide (although will be added if details are confirmed by the Distributed Education Network office).

The guide can be found on the Preclerkship page.

Special thanks to everyone who contributed!

2016 Housing Guide and First Year Survival Guide Released!

Hey Meds 2020!

We have two useful guides now published on the Preclerkship page to help you navigate your first year of living in London/Windsor and studying at Schulich! Both the housing guide and the first year survival guide are updated from last year’s versions. Check out this year’s housing guide for perspectives from the 2019 class, as well as, new this year, an out-of-province student section within the guide!

Best of luck with everything!

2015-16 Summer Opportunities Guide Released!

Hey Meds 2018 and 2019!

Now that Career Development Month is over, we’re sure you’re thinking about your summers! Should I do electives, research, travel? The answer: it’s completely up to you!

To help, we have updated the Summer Opportunities Guide which contains information on all the major Schulich-endorsed opportunities, from MED5010 clinical electives, to SRTP and Global Health Research Opportunities. Note that MedLINCS will unfortunately not be offered this year. You can find the guide under the Preclerkship tab.

Questions? Please don’t hesitate to contact us! If there’s an opportunity you’ve heard about that’s not on the guide, feel free to message us or check your Facebook groups for more details.

Special thanks goes to our contributors!
